For Southern Kitchen, I spoke with three chefs on their distinct methods based on dietary restrictions for cleaning the utmost southern kitchen tool — the cast iron skillet. Among the chefs I interviewed was Jason Bergeron, chef at Orlando, Florida's Chroma Modern Bar & Kitchen, and Chopped Grill Masters Part 3 runner-up contestant. 


This was a cutesy deviled eggs recipe roundup for Southern Kitchen. I learned deviled eggs are sometimes referred to by church ladies as "dressed eggs" to avoid any association with the devil.
